  • Fernando is the BuyFor Managing Director and Founder. Prior to BuyFor creation, Fernando has been working for 4 years as Head of Real Estate services in Deloitte Colombia  & Peru, working along all the LATAM region, advising both private and institutional investors, all kind of corporate holdings and public companies.

  • Before his LATAM experience, we worked for 5 years in Deloitte Madrid in the Transaction Services team. Previously, he worked for high level architecture offices and started his professional career in Aguirre Newman.

​

  • During the last years, Fernando has lead many investment and Real Estate strategy projects in different sectors: offices, residential, retail, industrial-logistic, etc and also he has structured more specific projects like urban renewal projects, student residences, health projects, etc., performing analysis tasks, concept tasks, funding search, and/or management.

​

  • Fernando completed his Architecture degree studies in the Alfonso X El Sabio University, he is Master in Urban Planning Law by Garrigues and he is member MRICS under the Commercial Property & Valuation.

  • Fernando is the BuyFor Investment Manager since January 2017. He has 6 years of Real Estate professional experience. In 2015, along with the investment found Cerberus, he moved to Sotogrande, SA, where he has roled as Financial Manager in the Real Estate development department of the company. Among his work stands out the performing of the company business plan modelling, the residential product development and Project Manager tasks.

  • Prior to his Sotogrande, S.A. experience, he developed his career in PwC Madrid in the Real Estate transaction area. During 2 years he provided advisory in many transactions of all kind of assets and non performing loan portfolios.

​

  • In September 2011 Fernando started his career in Deloitte Madrid in the Financial Advisory Services area, participating in many advisory projects, asset valuation, due diligence, viability analysis, planning, constructon.

​

  • Fernando completed his Architecture degree studies in San Pablo CEU University. He is Master in Real Estate and Construction Management (MDI) by the Madrid Polytechnic University.
